In the world of lucha libre, rudos are the bad guys — the villains who will cheat, lie, and do all manner of underhanded things to succeed. For us, rudos are the beers that are doing things that break the norms, veer away from the established beer styles, get into something that they probably shouldn’t have. Rudos are the experiments, the twisted, the deliciously deviant.
Currently available for tasting:
- DAYSTAR – a Belgian blonde ale with ginger and peach
- EL DULCE DE TORO BRAVO – We took our TORO BRAVO milk stout and added two other milks (plus cinnamon, vanilla, and rum) to make a tres leches milk stout
- SAMEDI – a black IPA with galangal, angelica root, grains of paradise, and a little sparkle of magic
Coming soon:
- CATRINA – our version of a Brazilian kettle sour, with at least two variants coming – one done with fresh Palisade peaches, another done with guava

- an unnamed bière de mars, with almonds and pistachios
